Membership Understandings
By becoming a member of the PAPHS, you agree to the following:

The PAPHS Bylaws provide the rules for Society business and conduct.

As a member, you will follow commonly accepted social standards of fair play toward other members.

You will not engage in any activity that will bring discredit to the Society or its members.

You understand that most members have joined to pursue our postal history hobby for ongoing education and enjoyment.

As a member, you should strive to participate in the activities of the Society to help achieve its goals.

Members should freely contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement, attend meetings when possible, and contribute information and articles for the Historian. (periodic journal of the Society)

It is by sharing our knowledge and views that we all learn and grow.
Membership Application
If you are already a member, you can renew your Annual Membership according to the Annual Membership information below by using PayPal to send your dues to paphsdues@gmail.com.
If you are a new member joining for the first time, please send dues according to the Annual Membership information below by using PayPal to paphsdues@gmail.com.

Annual Membership
If you wish to join or renew your membership, please use PayPal to send your dues to paphsdues@gmail.com.
Age 19-30 – $10
Age 31-72 – $25
Age 73 and older – $10
All Veterans with a copy of their DD-214 – $10
Dues for members under age 18 will be free starting Jan 2022. No Historian will be mailed, but it will be available online. This category of membership will not be allowed to become an Officer or Director until after turning 18.
Any person that donates $100 or more for 2022 will receive a fully paid membership for the year with the Historian mailed to them if they choose.
Every person who has received initial accreditation as a judge by the Committee on Accreditation of National Exhibitions and Judges (CANEJ) will be provided with a fully paid membership for a year. No Historian will be mailed, but it will be available online.
Any dealer that is a Provisional or Regular member of the ASDA or takes an ad in the Historian for $50 or more per year is provided with a fully paid membership for a year. No Historian will be mailed, but it will be available online. All dealer members will have the same rights and benefits as other members.
